In this role, you'll operate CNC lathes to produce high‑precision parts, perform setups, monitor production, and ensure quality using precision measuring tools. You'll work closely with the production team to maintain efficiency and support a safe, clean work environment. If you're a detail‑oriented operator who takes pride in producing quality work, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do Operate CNC lathes to produce precision components Perform machine setups, tool changes, and adjustments Inspect parts with calipers, micrometers, and gauges to ensure accuracy Monitor machines and troubleshoot basic issues to maintain production flow Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area Communicate with team members to support smooth daily operations What We're Looking For Experience operating CNC lathes (setup experience preferred) Ability to read and interpret basic engineering drawings Proficiency using precision measuring tools Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Dependable, team‑oriented, and able to work independently Nice to Have Basic G‑code knowledge Experience with various metals and tooling Familiarity with production or manufacturing environments Schedule Monday-Friday, 4:00 PM-2:30 AM (overtime available) Occasional Saturdays Job type -
