Job Description
Our client, a manufacturing company specializing in high-quality components, is seeking a CNC Operator to join their team in Chatsworth, California . This role is responsible for operating CNC machines, following blueprints, and supporting production goals while maintaining strict safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate CNC machines according to setup sheets and production instructions. Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate part production. Maintain proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production targets. Follow safety guidelines, quality standards, and company procedures at all times. Lift materials up to 40 lbs as required. Maintain consistent attendance and the ability to retain instructions.Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent. Previous manufacturing experience preferred. Ability to read and understand blueprints. Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills. Must be able to work overtime as needed.Pay & Schedule:
Pay Rate:
$20- 21/hour
Schedule:
Monday-Friday; shift times vary: 6:00 AM- 2:30 PM 2:15 PM
- 10:45 PM 10:30 PM
- 6:15
AM Overtime:
Saturday overtime as needed.Pay:
$20.00- $21.
