Must be available to train on 1st shift at 7:00a Job Summary We are seeking a skilled CNC Mill & Lathe Operator to join our manufacturing team on 2nd shift. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating CNC milling and turning machines in a production environment and must be flexible to train on 1st shift before transitioning to the 2nd-shift schedule. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes to produce precision parts Load and unload parts, start and monitor machine cycles Perform tool changes, offsets, and minor program edits as needed Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and GD&T Inspect parts using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) Maintain production quality and meet required cycle times Complete production and quality documentation accurately Perform routine machine maintenance and keep work area clean and organized Follow all safety procedures and company policies Qualifications 2+ years of experience operating CNC mills and lathes Experience with CNC controls such as Haas, Okuma, Fanuc, or similar Strong blueprint reading and measurement skills Familiarity with production machining environments Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Schedule Requirements Must be available to train on 1st shift Regular schedule will be 2nd shift: 4:15 PM•2:45 AM Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Manual dexterity and attention to detail

Pay:

$19.00•$20.00 per hour
