CNC Operator Job Description Job Summary We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating CNC machinery to produce precision parts and components, ensuring that all products meet quality standards and specifications. This role requires a strong understanding of programming, tooling, and materials handling, as well as the ability to work effectively in a factory environment. Responsibilities Operate CNC milling machines and other related equipment to manufacture parts according to specifications. Program CNC machines using appropriate software and tools to ensure accurate production. Assemble components and perform quality checks on finished products to maintain high standards. Utilize hand tools and factory equipment for assembly, packaging, and materials handling. Conduct routine maintenance on CNC machines to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with team members to improve production processes and efficiency. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment. Experience Previous experience as a CNC Operator or in a similar manufacturing role is preferred. Proficiency in programming CNC machinery and understanding tooling requirements. Familiarity with materials handling processes and factory operations. Experience operating forklifts and other industrial equipment is a plus. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
