About the Role We are looking for a precision-focused CNC Operator to join our production team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in G-code and multi-axis machinery to transform raw materials into high-quality components that drive our manufacturing excellence. Responsibilities Configure and manage CNC milling and turning centers to achieve optimal production output. Analyze complex technical blueprints and schematics to ensure precise component fabrication. Execute tool changes, offsets, and machine adjustments to maintain peak operational efficiency. Validate part integrity by utilizing advanced metrology tools, including micrometers and calipers, to meet strict tolerance requirements. Proactively troubleshoot mechanical or programming hurdles to maximize equipment uptime. Uphold a high standard of workplace safety and operational cleanliness in accordance with industry regulations. Qualifications Required Skills 3+ years of hands-on experience in a professional CNC machining environment. Demonstrated proficiency in operating and setting up CNC mills and lathes. Deep understanding of machining fundamentals including feeds, speeds, and tooling selection. Strong ability to interpret intricate technical drawings and engineering specifications. Preferred Skills Experience with multi-axis machining operations. Working knowledge of CAD/CAM software integration. Familiarity with lean manufacturing methodologies to improve process flow.
