CNC Lathe / Mill Operator (with Grinding Experience) Santa Ana, CA Monday

00per hour (DOE) About the Position We are seeking an experienced CNC Lathe or Mill Operator with grinding experience to join our precision manufacturing team in Santa Ana. The ideal candidate will be skilled in operating Fadal CNC and Doosan machines, producing high-quality precision tools and saw components . Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC lathes and mills (Fadal and Doosan). Perform precision grinding on metal components to meet exact tolerances and finishes. Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings. Inspect parts using precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, gauges). Maintain and adjust machinery to ensure optimal performance. Follow all safety and quality procedures in a clean, organized work environment. Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets. Qualifications 2+ years of CNC machining experience (Fadal and/or Doosan preferred). Hands-on experience with metal grinding and finishing processes. Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
