Day and Night Shifts Available Position Summary We are seeking experienced CNC Machine Operators to join our growing manufacturing team in Anaheim. The ideal candidate will have strong CNC machining experience with a primary focus on milling operations . Candidates must be able to read blueprints, maintain quality standards, and efficiently operate multiple machines in a fast-paced production environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Set up, operate, and monitor CNC milling machines. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions. Operate multiple CNC machines simultaneously while maintaining production efficiency and quality standards. Perform routine quality inspections using precision measuring instruments. Make machine adjustments as needed to ensure product specifications are met. Load raw materials and remove finished parts from machines. Produce precision-machined components by cutting and shaping metal blocks. Troubleshoot minor machine issues and communicate maintenance needs. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Follow all company safety and quality procedures. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of hands-on CNC machine operating experience . Milling experience is required . Lathe experience is preferred but not required. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings. Experience working with metal fabrication and machining processes. Ability to operate and monitor multiple machines simultaneously. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Work Environment The facility consists of two production buildings:
Building A:
6 CNC machines
Building B:

Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated CNC Machine Operator specialized in metal fabrication to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will operate, set up, and maintain various CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machines to produce high-quality metal components. Your expertise will ensure precision, efficiency, and safety throughout the production process. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with advanced machining technologies and contribute to the creation of durable, precision-engineered metal products. Duties Operate a variety of CNC machinery including laser cutting, milling machines, lathes, plasma cutters, and stamping presses to produce metal parts according to specifications. Program CNC machines using CAD/CAM software and adjust settings for optimal performance and accuracy. Read and interpret detailed blueprints, technical drawings, and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) specifications to ensure precise fabrication. Perform routine machine setup, calibration, and maintenance to maintain peak operational efficiency. Conduct quality inspections using micrometers, calipers, and other precision measuring instruments to verify dimensions and tolerances meet standards. Utilize hand tools and fabrication equipment such as press brakes and welding tools for assembly or finishing tasks as needed. Operate forklifts and cranes safely for material handling and loading/unloading raw materials or finished products. Follow safety protocols diligently while working with electrical discharge machining (EDM), plasma cutting, sheet metal fabrication, and other specialized processes. Requirements Proven experience operating CNC machinery including laser cutters, milling machines, lathes, plasma cutters, stamping presses, and EDM equipment. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot machine issues quickly. Proficiency in CNC programming languages and software such as G-code or similar systems. Ability to read complex blueprints and technical drawings accurately; familiarity with GD&T is essential. Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication techniques and tooling setups for various machines like press brakes and stamping presses. Experience with quality inspection tools including micrometers, calipers, and other precision measuring instruments. Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and interpreting technical data. Familiarity with hand tools used in machining, assembly, or fabrication processes. Ability to operate forklifts and cranes safely; certification is preferred but not mandatory.
