Pay:

$20.00 - $23.00 per hour (DOE)

Training on 1st Shift, Permanent Placement on 2nd

Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Manufacturing companies are seeking experienced CNC Lathe Machinists to join their manufacturing team. The ideal candidates will have experience operating CNC lathes and preferably performing machine setups. Candidates must be comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment, maintaining quality standards, and operating multiple machines as needed. Responsibilities Operate CNC lathe machines safely and efficiently. Perform machine setups when qualified and as needed. Run and monitor 2-3 CNC machines simultaneously. Inspect parts using precision measuring instruments, including: Calipers Micrometers Gauges Verify part quality and dimensional accuracy. Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and production documentation. Perform routine quality checks throughout the production process. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Qualifications Previous CNC lathe machining experience required. Setup experience preferred; machine operation experience required. Strong understanding of blueprint reading and manufacturing drawings. Experience using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other inspection tools. Ability to read and follow work orders and process instructions. Ability to operate multiple machines simultaneously. English proficiency required (verbal and written communication). Willingness to train on 1st shift and permanently transition to 2nd shift. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic. Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift. Ability to perform repetitive motions associated with machine operation and inspection. Additional Requirements Pre-employment drug screening required. Must be authorized to work in the United States.
