The role involves operating our JD CNC 5x10 plasma cutter table for 24-26 gauge metal sheets, ensuring precise cuts, dealing with troubleshooting errors, and designing HVAC fittings using ShopData CAM software that will be cut on machine. Responsibilities Operate CNC plasma cutter machine to fabricate parts as per drawings Maintain CNC machine for optimal performance and efficiency Designing Fittings as needed and good workflow between design software and machine control software Perform routine maintenance on machines and troubleshoot any issues that arise during operation. Collaborate with team members to ensure production goals are met while maintaining safety standards. Conduct plasma cutting operations when required, ensuring adherence to specifications.
