This full-time, hourly position offers an exciting opportunity to work with advanced manufacturing technologies and play a key role in producing high-quality billet parts. Are you a detail-oriented individual with a passion for running machines and producing high-quality parts? Can you follow directions with precision, then read on.. Training available for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

• Pay meticulous attention to detail to ensure accurate setups and machining processes
• Read, interpret, and follow blueprint instructions with minimal supervision
• Interact with supervisor to get desired dimensions and troubleshoot tooling.
• Utilize your mathematical skills to perform basic calculations
• Fluent in English (Reading, Writing, and Speaking)
• Operate CNC machines to produce components according to specifications.
• Monitor machine performance and adjust settings to ensure high-quality output.
• Perform specified routine maintenance on CNC equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to meet production goals

Requirements:

• MUST submit a resume with your relevant machine shop experience.
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills to interact with team members and supervisors.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately.
• Able to operate and run multiple machines simultaneously under limited supervision
• Have your own tools/calipers a huge PLUS
• Willing to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
• Experience with lathe operations is a plus, but not required.
• Starting wage: 21.00 per hour, OR DOE
• Regular working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am
• 5:30 pm
• Overtime opportunities available as needed
