Job Description

Start or Grow Your Career as a CNC Mill Operator (Level I & II) Whether you're just starting out or already have experience, we're looking for motivated individuals to join our team as CNC Mill Operators. What You'll Do:
Set up, load, and operate CNC milling machines to produce precision parts Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings with accuracy Use precision measuring tools like calipers, micrometers, and dial indicators to ensure quality standards are met Perform routine maintenance, tool changes, and inspections to keep machines running efficiently

Entry-level candidates with a strong interest in machining or manufacturing are encouraged to apply Experienced operators (Level II) with CNC background are highly valued Basic understanding of blueprint reading Ability to use precision measuring instruments accurately Familiarity with CNC machine operations and procedures Basic math skills for measurements and calculations Why Join Us? Responsibilities:
Load and operate a CNC milling machines, ensuring accurate execution of machining programs based on blueprints and technical drawings Use precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and dial indicators to verify dimensions and quality of machined components Perform routine machine maintenance, tool changes, and inspections to maintain optimal machine performance
Qualifications:
Basic mechanical knowledge with an interest in machining or manufacturing environments Familiarity with blueprint reading Ability to use precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers accurately Familiarity with computer numerically controlled machine tool operating procedures Basic math skills necessary for measurements and calculations related to machining processes If you're dependable, eager to learn, and ready to take the next step in your career, we want to hear from you!
