CNC Brake Press Operator

Pinnacle Staffing is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented CNC / Brake Press Operator to join our team in the Denver Metro area! In this role, you'll be working with precision machinery to bend, shape, and create high-quality metal components. What You'll Be Doing Set up and operate CNC and/or brake press machines Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders Measure and inspect finished parts to ensure quality standards are met Adjust machine settings as needed for accuracy and efficiency Perform routine maintenance and keep equipment in good working order Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals What We're Looking For Previous experience operating CNC machines and/or brake press equipment Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.) Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Basic math and problem-solving skills Ability to lift up to 50-lbs and stand for extended periods Positive attitude and dependable work ethic Nice to Have (Not Required) Experience with specific machines/software (e.g., Amada, Trumpf, etc.) Programming experience (G-code or similar) Forklift certification Why You'll Love Working Here Competitive pay and opportunities for overtime Supportive team environment Opportunities for growth and skill development This is a Temp-To-Hire, Long-Term opportunity!!!!

Monday-Thursday, 6am-4:30pm
