Thornton, CO What You'll Be Doing Independently operate CNC lathes and mills in a production environment Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions Load and unload parts on pre‑programmed CNC machines Cut raw material using a manual bandsaw Deburr and finish parts to meet tight quality standards Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and CMM equipment Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area What We're Looking For 1+ year of CNC operation experience (lathe and/or mill) Strong blueprint reading skills Hands‑on inspection experience with precision measuring tools Steel‑toe boots required Why You'll Like This Role Stable day shift schedule Competitive pay with long‑term potential Hands‑on machining—not just button‑pushing Opportunity to convert to a full‑time role Apply today and put your CNC skills to work in a shop that values quality, consistency, and craftsmanship.
