This shop runs on pride, patience, and performance. How to Qualify as a CNC Machine Operator Knowledge of machine shop equipment and machining practices (hands-on experience is a plus). Technical school training or on-the-job machining experience. Ability to read blueprints and interpret mechanical drawings. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work independently and follow directions closely. What's Expected Preparing and operating CNC machines to perform precise drilling, milling, and grinding tasks. Reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and mechanical drawings to understand specifications. Translating technical instructions into accurate computer commands for machine operation. Loading raw materials and setting up machines for production . Running test pieces to ensure all outputs meet quality and dimensional standards. Monitoring machine performance and making adjustments as needed to maintain optimal results. Maintaining a clean, organized workspace and following all safety and quality procedures.
