8:00 AM - 4:30 PM ________________________________________About the Role We are looking for a skilled CNC Setup Operator who doesn't just know how to run a machine, but understands the "why" behind the process. If you are a precision-focused professional who takes pride in a clean setup and enjoys collaborating with others to hit production goals, we want to hear from you. What You'll Be Doing
    Full Job Setups:
    Take a job from a blueprint to a finished part. You will be responsible for loading programs, installing work-holding/fixtures, and prepping the machine for production.
      Tool Calibration:
      Select, assemble, and set up tooling. You must be proficient in touching off tools and setting accurate tool and work offsets.
        Print Reading:
        Interpret complex technical drawings and blueprints to ensure every part meets our high-quality standards.
          In-Process Inspection:
          Use calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify your own setups and monitor part quality throughout the run.
            Collaborative Production:
            Work closely with the programming and quality teams to troubleshoot issues and improve cycle times.
              Multi Task:
              Have the ability to run multiple machining centers at the same time.
                Assembly Work:
                Complete assemblies for inhouse parts. What We're Looking For
                  Experience:
                  Proven track record in CNC setups for Mills.
                    Technical Literacy:
                    Ability to read and navigate G-code and interpret blueprints fluently.
