No Degree Required Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Machine Operation & Material Handling Loading Raw Materials:

Securely load raw stock or workpieces into Haas machines using standard work-holding fixtures, vises, or tombstone setups.

Cycle Initiation:

Execute machine cycles via the Haas control panel and monitor for any mechanical irregularities or alarms during operation.

Unloading & Organization:

Safely remove finished components once the cycle is complete, ensuring parts are organized according to the work traveler.

Precision Dimensional Inspection Caliper Measurements:

Utilize digital or dial calipers to verify lengths, widths, and outside diameters of machined parts against technical specifications.

Micrometer Measurements:

Apply outside or depth micrometers to ensure extremely tight-tolerance dimensions meet the requirements outlined in the technical blueprints.

Gauge Verification:

Use height gauges, plug gauges, and thread gauges to confirm part compliance.

Tolerance Monitoring:

Identify any dimensional drift and immediately notify the setup technician or supervisor to prevent the production of scrap parts.

Data Recording:

Accurately log measurement results and serial numbers into the company's internal database or ERP system to ensure lot traceability.
