Position Summary:
The Trim Coil Associate is responsible for supporting the daily operation of the trim coil line and ensuring the accurate handling, movement, storage, and shipment of materials and finished products. This role plays a critical part in maintaining inventory accuracy, product quality, workplace safety, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing and warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities Trim Coil Line Operations Support the daily operation of the trim coil line. Inspect raw materials and finished products to ensure quality standards are met. Monitor product quality and report any defects or inconsistencies. Assist in maintaining efficient production flow. Inventory Management Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels. Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits. Organize and store materials in designated locations. Report inventory discrepancies to management. Order Fulfillment & Shipping Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently. Label products and packaging according to company standards. Load and unload materials and finished goods safely. Verify quantities and product specifications prior to shipment. Assist with shipping and receiving activities as needed. Warehouse Operations Maintain an organized and clean warehouse environment. Ensure materials are properly stored and protected from damage. Assist with material movement throughout the facility. Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently, as authorized. Safety & Compliance Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Report safety concerns, equipment issues, and workplace hazards. Comply with all quality standards and operational procedures. Teamwork & Communication Collaborate with team members to meet production and shipping goals. Communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers. Support other operational areas as needed. Perform additional duties as assigned. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the workday. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation. Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Ability to work in a manufacturing and warehouse environment. Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials as required. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Preferred Qualifications Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or material handling experience. Forklift experience preferred. Experience with inventory control and order fulfillment processes.
