We are seeking reliable and motivated CNC Machine Operators with strong mechanical aptitude and a desire to grow in the manufacturing industry. In this role, you will operate advanced CNC machinery to produce high-quality precision components used in HVAC, automotive, electronics, construction, and industrial manufacturing. If you are hands-on, detail-oriented, and ready to build a long-term career, we want to hear from you. Experience is preferred, but we are willing to train candidates with the right attitude and mechanical mindset. Responsibilities Set up, operate, and monitor CNC lathes and milling machines. Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and precision measuring tools. Make machine adjustments and troubleshoot minor production issues. Maintain production quality and safety standards. Keep machines and work areas clean and organized. Support continuous improvement and efficient manufacturing processes. Qualifications Previous CNC, machining, or manufacturing experience preferred. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Experience with Fanuc controls or similar CNC systems is a plus. Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools. Basic math and measurement skills. Strong attention to detail, reliability, and work ethic. Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
