• Job Description
• We are seeking experienced
• CNC Machine Operators
• to join our metal fabrication team on
• 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift
• . This is a hands‑on role responsible for operating
• CNC press brake equipment
• to bend, form, and shape metal components in accordance with production specifications and quality standards. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, mechanically inclined, and able to work independently in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
• Key Responsibilities
• + Operate CNC press brake machines to bend and form metal components + Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders + Accurately measure parts using tape measures and precision measuring tools + Set up machines, select proper tooling, and perform tooling changes + Input and adjust machine settings using CNC controls and computers + Inspect finished parts to ensure quality and dimensional accuracy + Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area + Follow all safety and production guidelines •Qualifications•+ •

Required:

• Prior CNC press brake operation experience + Ability to read a tape measure accurately + Ability to read blueprints and production drawings + Strong mechanical aptitude with tooling and setup experience + Comfortable using computers for machine setup and quality checks + Experience with metal fabrication machinery preferred + Ability to lift 50+ pounds + Ability to work in a non‑climate‑controlled manufacturing environment + Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently •Benefits•This is a •contract‑to‑hire opportunity•with benefits available during the contract period.
