The CNC Operator role is responsible for not only running the machine but maintaining the machine as well. No experience required, however preferred. We are willing to train and elevate your skills and responsibilities.

Pay based on relevant experience:

Entry Level:

$19-21 (1st) $21-23/hr (2nd)

• Mid-Level (2-5 years): (1st $21
• 25) $23-26 (2nd)
• Experienced (5+ years): $26+

3 Weeks Paid time off 1 Week Sick Excellent health insurance Dental Insurance 401k Duties / Responsibilities Responsible for maintaining wear in accordance with part specifications Accurately read and interpret blueprints Inspect tools for defects using quality control tools Consistently evaluates the quality of the finished product coming off the CNC machine through visual inspection and use of measurement tools Communicate quality issues to leadership Maintain machinery on a daily basis to ensure functionality Deburr and clean parts as directed Record and document data as directed Other duties, as needed Experience / Education High School Diploma or GED Certification from qualified training institution preferred Previous manufacturing experience required Previous CNC Operator experience required Fanuc control experience preferred Skills / Abilities Strong math skills required to perform day to day operation Strong attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Ability to use a variety of manual measuring tools to include calipers, micrometers, gage pins, and other inspection equipment Physical Requirements Ability to lift 50 pounds into machines Prolonged periods of standing at machine

Full-time First shift hours are a 9/80 schedule: Week 1 M-Th 7:00am
