Schedule:

Leaders keep our strategy transparent so everyone can align to—and achieve—our goals. Your Mission Deliver consistent, tight‑tolerance results while safeguarding quality, safety, and documentation. You will own your process and contribute ideas that push our performance higher. Key Outcomes Accurate setups and operation of CNC grinders and mills per programs, prints, and work instructions within required tolerances. Complex, progressive machining across multiple metals with exceptional attention to close tolerances. Timely tooling changes and minor offsets to manage wear; smooth hand finishing to spec. OOQ execution with appropriate metrology and sound interpretation of measurements. Daily machine checks and adherence to the PM schedule. Flawless GMP/GDP documentation, including job routers/cards; immediate, accurate job tracking entries. Safe habits every shift; prompt reporting of Safety, Health & Environmental concerns. Meet or exceed productivity targets; identify and act on process improvement opportunities. Rapid escalation of issues to Team Leader/Supervisor; active participation in resolutions. Maintain 5S/housekeeping standards; contribute to Continuous Improvement initiatives. Other duties and special projects as assigned. Qualifications Required High School diploma or GED 3+ years of CNC machining experience Preferred Associate's in Tooling & Machining or a Machinist apprenticeship Background in a production environment
GCSE/NVQ
Math and English (UK only) Capabilities Setup, operate, and maintain CNC machines; comfortable running multiple machines. Strong math/measurement; dependable recordkeeping. Excellent planning and organization; able to manage competing priorities on deadline. History of quality and on‑time production; follows work instructions rigorously. Safety‑focused; high attention to detail for sustained, repeatable tasks. Positive, reliable teammate; strong written and verbal communication. Issue identification and escalation; solid computer skills. Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
