You will leverage your technical expertise in CNC setup and operation to drive productivity, maintain stringent quality standards, and contribute to our continuous improvement initiatives. Responsibilities Execute complex setups and operate CNC machinery, ensuring all parts meet rigorous engineering tolerances and design specifications. Proactively manage tooling by performing timely changes and offsets to maintain consistent output quality. Conduct thorough quality inspections using precision measurement tools, adhering to operator-owned quality standards. Perform routine preventative maintenance and daily equipment checks to ensure maximum machine uptime and reliability. Execute hand-finishing tasks and maintain accurate production documentation in accordance with established manufacturing protocols. Collaborate with team members to resolve production bottlenecks and support ongoing process optimization efforts. Uphold a clean and organized workspace by strictly following 5S and safety standards to minimize operational risks. Qualifications Required Skills High school diploma or GED equivalent. Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in a professional CNC machining environment. Demonstrated proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings, GD&T, and complex work instructions. Strong technical aptitude with CNC tooling, machine offsets, and advanced inspection equipment. Ability to multitask and manage multiple machine runs effectively while maintaining high attention to detail. Preferred Skills Associate's degree or technical certification in Tooling & Machining. Prior experience in a high-volume production or manufacturing setting. Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting and process improvement. Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented, fast-paced manufacturing culture.
