06 Months (Temp to Hire)
Shift:
2nd Shift (1:00 PM•9:00 PM)
Description:
Operate and set up CNC machining centers, CNC grinders, lasers, and EDM machines Operate manual machines and inspect parts using measuring tools Perform machining operations as per specifications Troubleshoot minor setup and machining issues Maintain production quality, safety, and housekeeping standards Follow TPM, CTQ, ISO-9000, and company quality procedures Perform preventative maintenance when required Handle material movement and lifting activities as needed Use required PPE including eye, hearing, and hand protection
Required Skills:
CNC machine setup and operation Blueprint and work instruction interpretation Measuring tools and inspection equipment usage Basic math and computer skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Problem-solving ability Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Preferred Skills:
CNC program editing knowledge Experience with CNC/EDM machining centers Experience in aerospace or manufacturing environments
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Work Experience:
Experience in machining or machine operation preferred Experience with measuring equipment and machine setup preferred IND_
