From powering up and verifying specs to delivering accurate bends, you'll own a key stage of our production flow. What You'll Do Set up the folding machine based on work orders and specifications, verifying tooling and parameters before the first bend. Operate the folder to produce parts to exact measurements, consistently monitoring throughput and part quality. Troubleshoot and perform routine maintenance to keep the machine running smoothly and safely. Inspect finished parts, making real-time adjustments to achieve precise angles and dimensions. Maintain a clean, orderly workstation and follow all safety protocols. Partner with teammates and supervisors to hit daily and weekly production targets. Accurately document production counts, settings, and machine performance data. What You Bring High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in machine operation is a plus. Experience operating a folding machine or similar metal-forming equipment preferred. Strong attention to detail and strong math skills, with the ability to interpret roof pitches and calculate exact bend degrees. Solid mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with production deadlines. Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset. Flexibility to work varied hours, including overtime when needed. Location & Schedule This role is based in Tampa, FL. Work hours may vary to support production demand; overtime may be required.
