Job Description

Job Description Position:
CNC Mechanic /Operator Join our team as a CNC Mechanic /Operator where you will play a crucial role in setting up and programming CNC machine to produce precision parts. The ideal candidate will have mechanical knowledge, expertise in tooling, CAM programming skills. You will be responsible for ensuring the accurate production of components using equipment such as calipers, micrometers, and electrical discharge machining techniques. Experience with CAD software, Lean manufacturing principles, and blueprint reading will be advantageous.
Duties:
  • Develop CNC programs to manufacture parts according to engineering specifications
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to optimize production processes
  • Set up and operate CNC machines for milling, turning, and other machining operations
  • Conduct quality checks using precision measuring instruments like calipers etc.
  • Implement Lean manufacturing practices to enhance efficiency and minimize waste
  • Interpret blueprints to determine the appropriate machining methods
  • Monitor all performance & make adjustments as necessary to ensure quality output
Qualifications:
. Must have over 1-Year Engineering work experience
  • Proven experience in CNC programming and operation
  • Strong understanding of Lean manufacturing principles
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints
  • Knowledge of quality control methods and inspection tools
