CNC Machine Operator

Our expertise in Engineering Material Coatings (EMC) allows global leading chip manufacturers and OEM equipment makers to achieve next generation technologies. We are seeking a driven, hands-on CNC Machine Operator to join our ever-growing company and team. Role and Responsibilities (includes but not limited to): Set-up and run various CNC machine tools Ensure all parts produced meet specs of print using proper measurement tools Ability to work within very close tolerances Read and follow drawings & job work instructions Perform routine machine maintenance Load and indicate part to fixture Monitor tool wear, load tools and inserts as required

Requirements:

Candidate will possess strong communication skills Have excellent work ethic; being open to working overtime if the need arises Can work in a fast-paced environment, and meet time deadlines Must be able to read and understand drawings and handle measuring equipment Must have knowledge of CNC milling/ lathe machines Basic computer skills such as e-mailing, opening, and printing documents and navigating windows/internet explorer.

Attendance Physical Demands:

Ability to lift 35 pounds by self in safe manner Ability to use lifting assist This position is for Swing Shift (3:00pm - 11:3pm) with first six weeks of training on day shift (7:00am - 3:30pm)
