Desired Skills & Experience :

High school diploma CNC Operator experience a plus Basic mathematical skills Strong attention to details Understanding of written English Understanding of fractions and measurements Trouble shooting and use of good judgement Possess a valid driver's license and a clear criminal record check

Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible for the safe operation of the CNC machine Sets-up stock to be machined using laser guides for placement of product Loads machines by lifting stock into position using mechanical lifters Verifies settings by measuring positions; adhering to set standards Maintains specifications by observing drilling, grooving, and cutting; taking measurements detecting malfunctions; troubleshooting processes; adjusting and reprogramming controls sharpening and replacing worn tools; adhering to quality assurance procedures and processes Maintains workstation in a clean and orderly manner Observes and adhere to all safety procedures while on the production floor Other duties as assigned Monday - Thursday (Full Time) FLOFORM Countertops offers a positive and fun working environment that rewards those who share in our mission: " To consistently provide our Customers the best countertop purchasing experience available ."
