What You'll Do Set up and operate CNC machines following detailed specifications Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and job orders Monitor production to ensure high-quality, precision parts Perform inspections using calipers, micrometers, and gauges Make adjustments to maintain accuracy and efficiency Troubleshoot minor machine or production issues Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace Accurately document production and report discrepancies What We're Looking For CNC machine operation experience (preferred) Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skills Team player with the ability to work independently High school diploma or equivalent Bonus Skills (Nice to Have!)
