Do fast-paced days fly by when you're dialing in setups and chasing microns? If so, you might be the Precision CNC Lathe & Mill Operator we're looking for. What you'll handle Setups from start to finish: alignment, calibration, tooling, and workholding Reading and applying blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications Live monitoring of runs; making offsets and adjustments to protect quality Routine maintenance that keeps equipment in peak condition In-process and final inspections to verify accuracy and spec adherence Data entry and recordkeeping for traceable production history Team collaboration to improve processes and throughput Strict adherence to safety and housekeeping standards You'll be a match if you have A high school diploma or equivalent (technical machining education preferred) Proven experience operating CNC machinery Comfort reading prints and technical documentation Working knowledge of CNC machines, tooling, and related equipment Ability to work solo and cooperatively with the team Strong attention to detail and a practical approach to problem-solving Basic computer skills for data capture and programming edits Willingness to take on flexible hours and overtime as production requires Why this role Every day brings a new print, a new setup, and a new challenge.
