OPERATOR IN LAKE ZURICH, IL

Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a CNC Operator to join our team in Crystal Lake, Illinois. This individual will be responsible for programming, setup and production of the Haas to produce various parts and have short and long run production quantities. The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or GED, ability to read and write in English and do basic arithmetic, and more listed below. Apply online and kickstart your career today! Pay, Schedule, and Location Starting at $20-$24/hour Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision 1st shift Located in Lake Zurich, Illinois Duties and Responsibilities Minimum 3 years of experience or training using Mastercam software (or equivalent) to program and operate their own machines. Responsible for programming flats to be cut on the CNC plasma table to specification using the correct materials. Update drawings and specification sheets utilizing Mastercam software. Read and understand blueprints and associated technical specifications, use communication skills to produce high quality and close tolerance parts. Knowledge of Commercial quality requirements and production environment a plus. Maintain work tools and keep the work area clean. Assist with putting away raw materials. Forklift license preferred but will train. Requirements and Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Preferred knowledge of HAAS V4 machines.

Mastercam software:

minimum of 3 years required Ability to read and write in English and do basic arithmetic. Experience operating a forklift is a plus. Ability to work independently and with limited supervision. Ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time. Able to lift 50 pounds independently.
