You will set up and operate various CNC equipment, including CNC milling machines and CNC lathes, while adhering to strict quality control standards. Your expertise in machining and fabrication will be key to producing high-quality components that meet our customers' specifications. What you'll do Set up and calibrate CNC machines, including CNC milling machines and CNC lathes, for production runs Interpret blueprints and CAD drawings to determine machining specifications and tolerances Utilize precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers to ensure accuracy in production Program and operate Fanuc systems along with CAM programming software for optimal machine performance Conduct quality control checks throughout the manufacturing process to maintain product standards Troubleshoot machine issues and perform routine maintenance to minimize downtime Collaborate with team members on the assembly line to ensure efficient workflow and materials handling Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols Basic qualifications Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in a manufacturing facility Proficiency in blueprint reading and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLC) and basic math skills for calculations Preferred qualifications Experience operating flexo presses, stamping presses, or press brake machines Knowledge of welding techniques and tooling processes Previous factory experience with materials handling and packaging operations Proficient in SolidWorks or similar CAD software Why you'll love it here We are dedicated to fostering an environment where our employees can thrive both personally and professionally.
