⚙️ CNC Tooth Grinder - Industrial Machinery ⚙️ We're seeking a skilled CNC Tooth Grinder , for all three shifts, to join a growing team focused on producing high-precision components for industrial machinery. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in craftsmanship, understands tight tolerances, and thrives in a metal manufacturing environment.

What You'll Do:

Set up and operate CNC gear grinding machines to perform tooth grinding on gears and related components Work with steel and alloy materials to produce parts used in heavy industrial equipment Read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and technical drawings Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to maintain precision and efficiency Inspect finished parts using micrometers, calipers, and precision gauges Maintain quality standards while meeting production goals

What We're Looking For:

Experience operating CNC machinery in a metal manufacturing or industrial setting Background in gear grinding, tooth grinding, or precision machining preferred Strong understanding of tight tolerances and machine setups Ability to read complex prints and follow detailed specifications Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality work
