CNC Machine Operator

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC machines to produce precision parts and components. This role requires a strong understanding of machining processes, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced factory environment. The CNC Operator will ensure that all products meet quality standards and specifications while adhering to safety protocols. Duties Set up and operate CNC machines, including programming and tooling adjustments. Interpret technical drawings and specifications, including GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing). Use precision measuring instruments such as calipers to ensure product accuracy. Perform routine maintenance on CNC equipment to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with engineering teams to develop CAM programming for new projects. Operate press brake machines and other factory equipment as needed. Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with safety regulations. Troubleshoot machine issues and make necessary adjustments to maintain production flow. Requirements Proven experience as a CNC Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment. Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings. Familiarity with SolidWorks or similar CAD software is preferred. Knowledge of tooling, press operations, and factory processes. Experience with CAM programming is a plus. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a warehouse setting. Excellent problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
