What You'll Do:
As a CNC Operator, you'll play a key role in fabricating precision parts for our valued customers. You'll work hands-on with a variety of reliable, well-maintained equipment, contribute to our high-quality standards, and play an active role in shaping our company's future in modern manufacturing. This position is perfect for a self-starter who thrives in a hands-on environment and takes pride in producing parts that power critical equipment and systems
Your Responsibilities:
Operate CNC Router and Machine to produce precision parts. Track machining activities using Plex, our ERP system. Verify parts meet exact customer specifications and quality standards. Load, machine, and prepare parts for ongoing production runs. Use precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers to inspect finished products. Record and submit quality checks per company standards. Support the Plant Manager and team with additional tasks as needed.
What You Bring:
High School Diploma or GED (required) 3+ years operating CNC routing machines (preferred) Ability to read and interpret blueprints Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability Ability to lift 50 lbs and work overtime when needed Strong organizational and time management skills Self-motivation and the ability to work independently Basic computer skills and fluency in English (spoken and written) Why Work With Us?
