Reliability and performance are our hallmark. Is This You? Do you read blueprints like a second language—including keyways for shaft work? Can you stage tooling, set offsets, and bring a CNC lathe or horizontal mill online fast? Do you love chasing microns and proving parts through precise inspection? Are you the person who keeps machines humming with smart adjustments and basic PM? What You'll Tackle Set up and operate CNC machines across drilling, milling, grinding, and turning Convert engineering drawings into machine-ready dimensions and setups Monitor production, optimize parameters, and correct deviations on the fly Inspect parts for accuracy, repeatability, and surface finish requirements Handle routine preventive maintenance to sustain uptime Must-Haves High school diploma or equivalent 5+ years of CNC/manufacturing experience Proven ability to read blueprints, gauges, and keyway specifications Detail-driven problem solver who thrives both solo and on a team Reliable, punctual, and adaptable in a high-paced shop Nice-to-Have Hands-on experience with lathes and/or horizontal mills Technical Strengths CNC Tooling CNC Machine Setup & Changeover Precision Measurement & Hand Metrology Advanced Inspection & Gauge Measurement Shift 2nd Shift Compensation Note Compensation will be set by the employer at a level aligned with your background—considering qualifications, experience, education, skills, training, certifications, and seniority.
