Picture yourself running a tight production cell where accuracy sets the pace. You set up Cylindrical Grind and Roll Thread equipment, prep bar stock, and keep tolerances locked in from first piece to last. You verify quality with precision tools, record results in the ERP, and jump in with maintenance to solve problems fast. If you take pride in safe, organized, high-quality work, this is your arena. Your impact Complete machine setups for Grind & Roll per documented setup sheets; load correct dies and tooling. Operate and sustain equipment performance; use lifts and overhead cranes to load raw materials. Grind bar stock in a production cell to prepare for roll threading while maintaining tolerances. Conduct in-process inspections with calipers, micrometers, and other gauges. Capture daily machine performance, quality outcomes, and material usage in the ERP. Collaborate with maintenance to troubleshoot and reduce downtime. Follow safety procedures, wear PPE, and uphold 5S standards for cleanliness and organization. Move raw and finished materials between workstations using overhead cranes and forklifts. Perform final quality checks to meet internal and customer requirements. Adapt and support additional departments to keep production flowing. Other tasks as assigned.
Reporting line:

Expect frequent lifts up to 50 pounds and occasional lifts up to 75lbs; frequent hand and finger use to handle/adjust equipment; moderate reaching, pushing, pulling, gripping, and grasping. PPE required includes safety glasses and steel-toed boots or shoes. Time commitment Full-time (40+ hours/week).
Typical schedule:
Monday-Friday, eight (8) hours per day; final hours determined by management. Overtime, evening, and weekend work may be required. Pay and bonus Hourly hiring range: $19-$28.50. Pay is informed by labor market conditions and may consider education, experience, knowledge, skills, and certifications.

High school diploma/GED or significant relevant work experience. Average computer proficiency. Ability to use micrometers, calipers, and gauges accurately. Comfort using required hand tools. Read/write competency, basic arithmetic, and the ability to follow written and verbal directions.
