CNC Operators and Machinist TekPro Engineering South Elgin, IL Job Details $25 - $35 an hour 6 hours ago Qualifications Mechanical blueprint interpretation Blueprint specification interpretation Full Job Description We're seeking CNC Machinists and Operators with CNC, Swiss CNC, setup, or machining experience. Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC machines Read blueprints and job specifications Produce precision machined parts Perform inspections using measuring tools and gauges Maintain quality and close tolerances Complete inspection paperwork and SPC checks Troubleshoot minor machine issues Follow safety and production standards Qualifications Prior CNC machining experience required Blueprint reading required GD&T and close tolerance experience preferred Swiss CNC experience is a plus You should be proficient in: GD&T G-Code M-Code CNC Machine Setup & Changeover Machine Setups for Production Runs Machines & technologies you'll use: CNC Mill (3-4 axis VMC) (Fanuc, Haas, Okuma, Doosan, Dmg Mori Seiki, Mazak, Makino) CNC Lathe (2-4 axis) (Mazak, Haas, Okuma, Doosan, Dmg Mori Seiki) CNC Swiss Lathe (Star, Citizen, Tsugami) CNC Mill (5+ axis VMC) (Fanuc, Mitsubishi, Mazak, Haas, Okuma) CNC Lathe (5+ axis) (Mazak, Okuma, Doosan, Dmg Mori Seiki)
