CNC Machinist Setup/Operator (Manual and CNC Mills and Lathes)
Pay:
$26•28/hour + full benefits
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM•3:00 PM (Overtime is optional—available during the week and occasional Saturdays)
Overview:
We're looking for a skilled machinist with experience operating both manual and CNC mills and lathes. This role involves working on a variety of precision parts, performing setups, and ensuring high-quality production with tight tolerances. The position offers a stable schedule, minimal supervision, and the opportunity to take ownership of your work.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate manual and CNC mills and lathes Perform machining operations to produce high-quality parts within tight tolerances Read and interpret blueprints, including GD&T Use precision measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers Perform basic preventative maintenance and keep equipment clean Maintain quality and safety standards while meeting production deadlines Assist or guide team members when needed
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent (technical/trade school is a plus) 3 years of machining experience Strong attention to detail and ability to manage time effectively Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision #
