Full Job Description Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with CNC machinery and possess strong technical abilities.Duties:
Operate CNC machinery and production equipment safely and efficiently Load and unload materials and parts into machines Read and follow blueprints, work instructions, and production specifications Perform quality checks using measuring tools to ensure parts meet specifications Monitor machine performance and report any issues to supervisors or maintenance Complete production documentation accurately Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety and manufacturing procedures Inspect finished products for quality controlQualifications:
- Understand work, tool, and offset geometry
- Experience with CNC machinery and CAD software
- Moderate programming skills for CNC operations including g code understanding
- Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot issues and perform maintenance
- Proficient in blueprint reading for accurate production
- Understanding of quality control processes
