World-class solutions bringing products to life. Role Summary We are seeking skilled Machine Operators for our CNC (Mill/Lathe) to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating their machine(s) to produce precision parts and components. This role requires a strong understanding of machining processes, quality control, and the ability to interpret technical drawings. Machine Operators will play a crucial role in ensuring that production runs smoothly and efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality. 2nd Shift is 2:30 - 11 PM and 3rd Shift is 10:30 PM - 7 AM, Monday-Friday for 8-10 hour shifts and 40-hour week minimum as production requires. Training will be provided on 1st Shift for a designated time. Responsibilities Setup and operate CNC Mill (Mori Seki
NV5000 & HAAS 3-5
axis) Read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and technical specification to ensure accuracy Conduct quality control checks on finished products to ensure compliance with specifications. Troubleshoot issues promptly with others, including supervision and maintenance team members Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance. Assemble components as needed, ensuring proper fit and function. Handle materials safely and efficiently throughout the production process. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve production processes. Requirements High School Diploma/GED required 1-3 years machine operator (CNC) experience preferred Knowledge of tooling setup and operation for various machining processes. Familiarity with materials handling techniques to manage raw materials effectively. Capable of using or being trained to use micrometers, calipers, gauges, height stand, and optical comparators Strong basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations. Commitment to quality control practices to ensure high standards are met.
