  • 2nd Shift Peoplelink Staffing is partnering with a local manufacturer specializing in custom cable assemblies and related production operations.
Shift Options:
3:30 PM
  • 12:00 AM (1 opening) OT-12am
  • 2am Training will take place on 1st shift for the first few weeks.
Pay:
$25
  • 26/hr.

Appropriate, professional attire No offensive graphics or language Position Overview In this role, you will set up, operate, and maintain CNC lathes, machining centers, and mill drill machines to meet production and quality expectations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, mechanically skilled, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC lathes and mills, Mazak, and Haas Mill machines Perform machine offsets, adjustments, and basic program edits Troubleshoot machine issues and perform minor repairs Verify part quality using precision tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.) Maintain accurate documentation of setups, production output, and quality checks Follow all safety procedures and maintain an organized work area Requirements 4+ years of CNC machine setup and operating experience Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work instructions Must provide necessary hand tools Ability to lift up to 40 lbs Strong mechanical aptitude Ability to work independently and within a team #IND002 #ZIP
