KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Operate and program CNC machines to produce wheel components according to specifications. Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to optimize production efficiency. Conduct quality inspections of finished products to ensure they meet required standards.
YOU MUST HAVE
At least five (5) years of experience in CNC machining or a related field. Strong knowledge of CNC programming and operation. Experience with CMM (Coordinated Measuring Machine) Experience with quality control processes and inspection techniques. Ability to read blue prints. Proficiency in using measurement tools such as calipers micrometers and custom gauges. Familiarity with CAD/CAM software and machining processes.
WE VALUE
Associate's Degree in Manufacturing Technology or related field. Experience in a manufacturing environment, particularly in CNC machining. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Commitment to safety and quality in all aspects of work.
