Job Description

Job Overview
  • The Machine Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of machinery in a manufacturing or production environment.
Operators are expected to monitor machine functions, maintain quality control, and ensure that production targets are met while adhering to safety protocols. Key Responsibilities Operate and monitor CNC DMG-Mori and Okuma milling and lathe machines, drill presses, grinders, etc. Adjust machine settings and parameters as needed to ensure optimal performance and output. Quality Responsibilities Inspect parts for defects or deviations from specifications using measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.) Perform routine quality checks and report any issues to the supervisor. Ensure the final products meet company and customer quality standards. Skills and Qualifications Experience
  • previous experience in machine operation or manufacturing environment preferred, but training will be provided. Attention to Detail
  • strong ability to identify defects or deviations in production. Physical Stamina
  • ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, and perform physical tasks in a manufacturing environment. Communication
  • basic written and verbal communication skills to interact with team members and supervisors. Safety Knowledge
  • understanding of safety standards and ability to adhere to them.
Pay:
$18.00
