Automotive Machine Operator Job Summary:
The Automotive Machine Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining production machinery to manufacture high-quality automotive components. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety and quality standards, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate CNC machines, presses, or other automated equipment to produce automotive parts. Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to ensure precision and efficiency. Perform quality checks on finished products to meet company and industry standards. Troubleshoot minor machine issues and report major problems to maintenance. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area. Accurately record production data and meet daily output goals. Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to optimize production processes.
Qualifications & Skills:
Previous experience in machine operation or manufacturing preferred but not required. Ability to read blueprints, work instructions, or technical drawings is a plus. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to [weight requirement] pounds.
