Job Description
We are currently seeking recent graduates or individuals early in their careers who are ready to launch into the world of precision machining as CNC Machinists/Operators . This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience, work with advanced machinery, and build a strong foundation for a long-term career. Responsibilities Set up, operate, and maintain CNC machines to produce high-quality parts according to specifications. Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics . Perform basic programming adjustments and troubleshooting when needed. Monitor production to ensure accuracy and quality standards are met. Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth production flow. Qualifications Recent graduate from a CNC, machining, or manufacturing technology program. Basic understanding of CNC equipment and programming (Haas, Mazak, or similar). Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality work. Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
