You will operate and set up CNC machinery to produce high-quality components while maintaining strict safety and quality standards and swiftly addressing production issues. What You'll Handle Execute complete setups and operate CNC machines for production runs with an emphasis on efficiency and accuracy. Diagnose and correct equipment problems; perform maintenance to reduce downtime. Translate technical drawings/blueprints into CNC programs and precise parts. Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to meet quality and safety benchmarks. Manage tool changes and make machine adjustments for different jobs. Support production with manual machining when required. Apply shop math to verify dimensions and perform calculations. Collaborate with the team to optimize processes and resolve production issues. What You'll Need Experience as a CNC Machine Operator or similar position. Strong CNC-focused troubleshooting capability. Familiarity with CNC tooling and programming methods. Skilled in reading/interpreting technical drawings and blueprints. Knowledge of SOPs within a manufacturing environment. Manual machining exposure is advantageous. Proficient shop math skills for precision. High attention to detail and a quality-first mindset. Excellent communication and team orientation.
