Full Job Description Duties:
  • Set up and operate CNC machines to perform precision machining operations
  • Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications to determine machining operations
  • Select and install appropriate cutting tools, fixtures, and attachments for each job
  • Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and adherence to specifications
  • Make adjustments to machine settings as necessary to maintain product quality
  • Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments such as bore gauges, calipers, and GD&T tools
  • Assemble finished parts as required
  • Perform routine maintenance on machines and equipment
Skills:
  • Proficiency in operating CNC machines with knowledge of Fanuc and Mazatrol controls
  • Strong understanding of machining principles and techniques
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications
  • Experience using precision measuring instruments for quality control purposes
  • Knowledge of tooling selection and setup for different machining operations
  • Familiarity with CAD software for programming CNC machines We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist who can demonstrate expertise in operating CNC machines, interpreting blueprints, performing quality control inspections, and maintaining equipment.
