Job Description

M&H Engineering Inc, a very well established and growing manufacturer of high volume machined components has openings for additional skilled CNC Set-up Machinist/Operator positions. We have the immediate need to fill multiple positions across 1st and 2nd shifts. We offer an above industry average comprehensive benefits package including profit sharing.
Qualifications:
Set up and run 4 & 5 Axis CNC Vertical Mill, Horizontal Mill, and Lathe jobs independently, must be familiar with Fanuc controls (Siemens and Haas a plus). CNC Set-up Positions are ideal for candidates who want to be part of a growing, continuous improvement driven environment and those who enjoy optimizing setups for best throughput. Must be able to work accurately to meet precise tolerance and dimension specs from blueprints and solid models. All candidates must be able to work in a fast-paced and team oriented environment. Knowledge of 5S and lean manufacturing principles is a plus. Knowledge of Mastercam, CAD/CAM systems strongly desired.
