TEST DEVICES IS SEEKING AN CNC LATHE OPERATOR FOR 2026!

First 3 months of training on Day Shift
  • 7:30am
  • 4pm (or TBD by manager) After initial trainings are completed
  • 2nd Shift Hours
  • 12pm
  • 8:30pm We are looking for mechanically inclined individuals with ambition and strong work ethic .
As a CNC Lathe Operator at Test Devices, you will be working with high-performance machine parts.

SCHENCK:
The Premier Source for Realistic Rotational Testing What the Ideal Candidate will do: Setup and operate CNC Lathes. Perform daily machine maintenance. Use of crane and loading fixtures to move parts in and out of machines. Identify and replace worn cutting inserts. Perform proper mechanical inspections. Must be a U.S. Person High School Diploma or equivalent; degree in vocational trade school preferred but not required. Minimum of 1 year of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have manufacturing/machine shop environment experience. Experience with operating CNC Lathe machines. Be able to read & understand blueprints & drawings. GD&T knowledge preferred. Basic knowledge of G-Code & CNC operations. Experience in
ISO9001/AS9100
environment preferred but not required. Must be able to read and write in English. Drug and background screenings are conducted upon hire. CNC Lathe Operator will qualify for the following
