We're hiring at Borg Design in Hudson, MA. We're growing our manufacturing team and currently hiring for two CNC roles in our clean, modern, air-conditioned facility with more than 30 CNC machines, primarily Haas and Fanuc. Requirements:

Current openings: CNC Machinist $28.00-$40.00/hour We're seeking a skilled and motivated Machinist to join our growing team in a job shop environment producing low-to-medium volume, high-mix parts to tight tolerances. This role is ideal for someone with strong machining fundamentals, blueprint-reading skills, and experience holding quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Key responsibilities include:

Set up and operate CNC and/or manual mills and lathes Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions Machine parts to required tolerances and quality standards Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and indicators Make tooling offsets and basic program adjustments Troubleshoot issues and work with supervisors and engineers Maintain documentation, inspection records, and a clean, safe work area Ideal background: 2+ years of machinist experience in a machine shop or job shop preferred Ability to read blueprints and understand GD&T Experience with CNC and/or manual machining Familiarity with steel, aluminum, stainless, and plastics Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Experience with G-code, ERP systems, or quality systems such as

ISO/AS9100
